Paris Day 1
Meet at the hotel and drop off luggage before heading to Marche d'Aligre to discover amazing produce, artisanal cheeses, and mouthwatering charcuterie. A morning tea stop at Blé Sucré for the best pastries in Paris before we head north to wander the cobbled streets of Montmartre. Lunch celebrates the Bresse Chicken in all its glory at Le Coq Rico. After lunch a stroll down the hill to explore the neighbourhood and all of its speciality food and gourmet products. An afternoon rest back at the hotel before a casual wine and charcuterie at a neighbourhood cave à vin will finish off our first day in Paris.
Paris Day 2
Our day begins with a gentle stroll through beautiful covered passages leading us on a pilgrimage to all things for the cook at one of Paris’s most famous kitchen supply stores. Next is one of many streets filled with food and wine shops where we will visit Paris’s oldest patisserie. Lunch is a lively and colourful display of Middle Eastern fare at the world famous Miznon. Wander the streets of the Marais before heading to a secret garden for a well earned sit down and afternoon tea. Back to the hotel for a freshen up before heading to our good friend Michele’s restaurant, Dilia, for a modern take on French/Italian cuisine.
Paris Day 3
A shop and a stroll is on the cards for the morning with a visit to the beautiful Bon Marche to pick up morning tea before heading to Luxembourg Gardens. This will help us work up an appetite for our main meal of the day at the one Michelin starred and No. 40 in The Worlds 50 Best Restaurants, Septime (subject to booking). After a long lunch and a lazy afternoon, we will have a light snack and wine before a relaxing champagne river cruise to finish off our time in Paris.
